Many people would argue that talking on the cell phone while pushing a baby stroller is unsafe. Others believe that it is no big deal. Undoubtedly, the people who find it to be "no big deal" are the ones talking on the cell phone while running other people over on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, due to the fact that this person's mind is so focused on the phone conversation with what little attention span they have left reserved for the baby's welfare, they become oblivious to the people they are pissing off around them.
